An exciting opportunity to join a leading global IT services and consulting firm in a growth-focused sales role.


We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Lead to drive new client acquisition within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. This is a key role responsible for identifying new business opportunities, shaping large deals, and building relationships with CXO-level stakeholders across the industry.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead the full sales cycle - from identifying prospects to closing deals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to win new CPG clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (solution architects, industry experts, etc.) to craft impactful proposals.
  • Represent the firm at client meetings, conferences, and virtual presentations.
  • Create innovation-led partnerships that deliver real business value.

What You'll Need:

  • 12-15+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong exposure to the CPG industry - either through direct sales or working within CPG firms.
  • Background in a top-tier IT services or consulting environment.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior client executives.
  • A passion for driving growth and transformation.
