About the Program
As a full-time Business Development Intern, you will support our sales team in qualifying inbound leads, prospecting new opportunities, and booking meetings with potential partners. You'll gain foundational sales experience while working closely with our Sales Manager and CEO.
This role is designed as a 2-3 month full-time internship with a clear pathway to a full-time Business Development Representative (BDR) role based on performance. Top performers will also be considered for future roles as Account Executives and regional sales leadership as the company scales.
This Role is Ideal For:
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor's in Business or a business-related field
- Individuals looking to break into B2B tech sales
- Candidates with internship, part-time, or retail sales experience (full-time sales experience not required)
- Self-starters with excellent communication, organization, and people skills
- Those interested in fast growth inside a startup environment
- IMPORTANT: This internship is intended for candidates who have already graduated and are seeking full-time opportunities. If you are currently enrolled in school and plan to return to classes after the internship, this position will not be a fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify inbound leads and convert them into booked meetings via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Conduct outbound calls to potential partners and follow-up with prospects
- Use ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and internal tools for research and lead generation
- Accurately log activities and maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot
- Occasionally attend local client meetings or demos with the AE team
- Consistently hit daily call, outreach, and meeting-setting goals
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related major
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Coachable, proactive, and excited to learn sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo)
- Full availability Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM-6:00 PM (in-office Mon-Thurs, remote Friday)
Preferred:
- 1 year of internship, part-time, or relevant sales experience
- Background or exposure to industries like hospitality, POS, beverage, restaurant tech, or advertising
- Interest in startups, tech sales, or entrepreneurship
Compensation & Career Path
- Compensation: $1,500/month
