Business Development Opportunity.

This role is to be focused on new business sales within Industrial Supplies. Candidates from a supplies or merchants background is hugely encouraged to apply.

A full driving license is essential for this role. This business is located within the Teesside area.

THE BUSINESS
Our client is a market leading Industrial business with multiple arms to their business. Specialising within Lifting Operations, Industrial PPE & also Training packages, our client is able to offer a plethora of progression opportunities. This business prides themselves on their staff development initiatives, a clear progression plan will be put in place to enable you to develop in the best way you can.

THE ROLE

  • Driving new business
  • Key account management
  • Attending client visits and client meetings
  • Following up on leads
  • Negotiation of contracts

    THE PERSON + ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commission-based sales role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed business decisions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area as required.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
