Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and successfully close deals on title services for clients such as real estate brokers, mortgage lenders, attorneys, investors, and builders.
  • Proactively seek out new accounts and schedule appointments with potential clients through cold calling and emailing.
  • Focus primarily on the commercial real estate sector.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
What You Bring:
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in real estate or legal fields is a plus.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Strong background knowledge of the title insurance industry.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
  • Dynamic, energetic, and personable approach.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
  • A proactive and driven mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
