We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Hunter with deep expertise in IT Services sales and a proven ability to drive new business within the Manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for a dynamic self-starter with excellent consultative selling skills, a strong hunter mindset, and a track record of success in selling IT solutions such as application development, digital transformation, cloud services, and managed services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth with a proactive and results-driven hunter mentality.
  • Identify, engage, and secure new clients in the Manufacturing industry, including discrete, process, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting, market research, networking, and leveraging industry intelligence.
  • Perform comprehensive market development, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessment to uncover strategic client needs.
  • Pinpoint high-value opportunities and develop customized engagement strategies for prospective clients.
  • Work collaboratively with delivery, pre-sales, and industry solution teams to design client-specific IT solutions and persuasive proposals.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, proposal development, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Consistently meet or surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Represent the organization at relevant manufacturing industry events, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance visibility and generate leads.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct IT services sales experience, focused on new client acquisition.
  • Demonstrated strength in prospecting and securing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers within manufacturing organizations.
  • Solid understanding of the Manufacturing industry and its business and technology drivers.
