We are looking for a B2B Partnerships Head/Manager who can lead the Institutional and Corporate Sales for Sirohi.

TG: Global Retailers, Hospitality, FMCG Brands, Corporate Gifting


Simply put, we need a hustler who does not take NO for an answer to scale and grow & scale our B2B strategy. We are growing our B2B partners in India and globally and would love to get a person who loves & believes in handmade products to form new relationships on behalf of the company.


  • You will be helping us in our expansion into wholesale and corporate sales with focus on the following sectors : FMCG, Large Mithai Shops, Hospitality, Corporates, Global Boutique retailers
  • Tap into corporates clients looking for CSR Gifting, Festive Gifting and General Client Giveaways In India & Internationally
  • Strong understanding of our catalogue to help with product selection and pricing to B2B buyers
  • Work closely with our Sales manager to close warm leads & while setting up processes to manage sales from lead generation to conversion
  • Setting up a software or a platform to capture leads and track conversions like Apollo, Hubspot

  • Managing inbounds and creating a successful trajectory for them to become a partner
  • Strategic partnerships with boutique brands, home and lifestyle stores in tier 1 cities for creating brand awareness
  • You work smart. It's easy to waste time on things that don't drive results. You need to be laser focused on the activities that have the biggest impact.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years working experience working closely with partners in a similar role (BD, sales, Buying, sourcing etc). Trying lots of different things and learning quickly from failure.
  • Strong familiarity and networks in the global retail space, hospitality , corporate and events space
  • Should have attended Indian or International trade shows and strong understanding of handmade products, pricing, MOQs
  • Great with presentations and excel and communications skills

  • Proven experience with partnerships or sales (deals, accounts, etc)
  • Project management & cross-department communication. We rely on OP's & often collaborate with marketing
