Business Development Executive
Sales Hunter - IT Services (Financial Services Focus)
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Hunter with a deep understanding of IT Services sales and a demonstrated ability to generate new business within the Financial Services sector. This position requires a dynamic self-starter with strong consultative selling capabilities, a true hunter mentality, and a successful track record of selling IT solutions-including application development, digital transformation, cloud services, and managed services.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively pursue new business opportunities with a strong hunter mentality.
- Identify, target, and secure new clients within the Financial Services sector, including Banking, Insurance, and Lending.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, networking, and market intelligence.
- Conduct market development, competitive landscape analysis, and opportunity identification.
- Pinpoint profitable opportunities and craft strategies for strategic client engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal delivery, pre-sales, and vertical teams to design tailored client solutions and compelling proposals.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle-from lead qualification and proposal creation to pricing, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Represent the organization at key industry conferences, events, and networking forums to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of direct IT services sales experience, with a focus on new business acquisition.
- Proven expertise in identifying and capturing new business opportunities-strong hunting skills are essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence C-level executives.
- Deep industry knowledge and familiarity with trends in the Financial Services domain.
