Role Overview
The Business Development Director will be responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding relationships with construction firms, contractors, and fleet operators that require rental energy solutions. This individual will leverage industry experience to create tailored solutions, develop strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion & Strategy: Develop and execute a business development strategy to grow SanisetFleet's presence in the construction equipment rental and power solutions market.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in construction, infrastructure, and heavy equipment rental industries.
- Sales Leadership: Drive sales of rental energy solutions, including temporary power, battery storage, and clean energy generators for construction projects.
- Partnership Development: Establish strategic alliances with construction equipment rental companies, contractors, and sustainability-focused organizations.
- Revenue & Performance Management: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the company's growth and market positioning.
- Industry Engagement: Represent SanisetFleet at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to enhance visibility and generate leads.
- Market Insights & Reporting: Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine business strategies and service offerings.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of business development and sales experience in energy rentals, construction equipment, or related industries.
- Proven track record of developing partnerships and closing high-value deals in construction, infrastructure, or fleet management.
- Strong understanding of temporary power solutions, battery storage, and clean energy alternatives in construction applications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced, evolving market.
- An established network in the construction, rental, or fleet industries is a plus.
