Our Industrial Hygiene Service Line includes services such as lead, asbestos and mold assessments; hazardous material surveys; abatement monitoring; indoor air quality testing; drinking water surveys; worker exposure assessments; Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Pre-Occupancy testing; and compliance audits for a variety of clients. Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Grow existing business, through new business development, existing personal relationships, and leveraging existing contracts and clients to expand services
• Manage and mentor Industrial Hygiene team
• Lead and manage portfolio of IH and safety projects
• Prepare and review proposals and bids for new projects and technical reports
• Build and nurture strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Environmental Science or Engineering, or related area of study
• Master's Degree preferred
• 10+ years of IH and safety consulting with demonstrated business development capabilities and history of repeat business
• IH/safety experience in the DC Metro Area
• Preferred one or more of the following certifications: CIH, CSP, or CHMM
• Proven leadership in project, staff, and business management
• Prior leadership experience, will train and mentor staff of 5+ teammembers
