Role Overview
As a Business Development Consultant, you will manage and nurture relationships with existing clients. Your main responsibilities will include identifying new points of contact within those organizations, qualifying their job openings, and collaborating with the delivery team to ensure roles are filled with the best candidates.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys client interaction, relationship-building, and working as part of a team to meet client needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their hiring needs are understood and met.
- Warm call new points of contact (POCs) within client organizations to build relationships and uncover job openings.
- Qualify job openings from clients to ensure they align with recruitment efforts and accurately meet client needs.
- Work closely with the delivery team to ensure qualified candidates are found and roles are filled in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing client support, addressing any questions or concerns throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep track of client accounts, following up to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities for job placements.
Requirements
- A background in client service, sales, or account management is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple client accounts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet client needs.
- U.S. work eligibility, not able to provide sponsorships at this time.
