Fastest Labs of West Columbia is one of the nation's fastest-growing drug and alcohol testing labs-serving businesses that care about speed, accuracy, and compliance. We're looking for a motivated, entry-level sales professional who's eager to learn, grind, and grow with us.

This role is for someone who can open doors, get decision-makers on the phone, and schedule sales meetings with companies in construction, logistics, home health, schools, and more. You don't need sales experience-we'll train you. You just need hustle, hunger, and follow-through.


Outside Sales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Use tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot to find and contact businesses
  • Make outbound calls, emails, and DMs to generate interest
  • Qualify leads and book meetings
  • Log daily activities and notes into HubSpot
  • Send a brief recap each day to track progress
  • Conduct in-person follow-up visits with prospects you've previously contacted to advance the sales conversation and close deals.
  • Attend weekly training & 1:1 feedback from the owner

Outside Sales Executive Requirements:

  • Proven ability to initiate contact, follow up consistently, and close new business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable conducting in-person sales visits with local businesses
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) to manage pipeline and track activities
  • Ability to handle rejection professionally and persist through long sales cycles
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
  • Willingness to work independently in the field and report progress regularly
  • Availability to work part-time or full-time hours depending on business needs
  • Bonus: Experience in B2B sales, staffing, compliance, healthcare, or logistics industries
