Job Overview
This role is only for candidates enrolling in an online UG/PG program through EnrolVia. work on student enrolments and career guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: identify 20+ candidates daily.
Interview Coordination: conduct 20+ calls, ensuring at least two progress.
Client Relations: guide students through enrolment and job placement.
Sales Incentives: earn 2,500 per successful enrolment.

Salary: 7-9 LPA (fixed: 4-6 LPA, variable: 3 LPA).
Promotion: BDM role with a 20%-25% hike after six enrolments.

Hours: Mon-Fri, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (weekends off).
