Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate for a full-time, hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with flexibility for remote work. The successful candidate will perform day-to-day sales activities, lead generation, new business development, business planning, contract negotiation, and account management.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new business strategies to drive growth
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Contribute to business planning and market analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field from top schools preferred; advanced degree preferred
  • 2 years of work experience, preferably in the life sciences, pharma, or academic labs
  • Deep understanding of SaaS go-to-market strategies and effective customer engagement
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment with cross-functional teams
