About the Role:

What You'll Be Doing
- Make 200+ outbound dials per day to engage prospects and drive ticket sales for national business events and bootcamps
- Qualify business owners and schedule up to 60 high-quality meetings per month for senior closers
- Use HubSpot to manage your pipeline, track daily activity, and hit key performance metrics
- Participate in daily role-plays and ongoing training to develop world-class sales skills
- Communicate clearly and confidently with business owners across multiple industries
- Represent the brand with energy, discipline, and professionalism
What Success Looks Like
- Showing up, putting in the work, doing more than is expected, being hungry, and coachable
- Building long-term client rapport by asking great questions and actively listening
- Mastering event enrollment conversations and clearly explaining the value of each program
- Booking quality meetings that lead to strong conversion rates and client enrollments
- Staying consistent with KPIs, CRM updates, and daily reporting
- Continuously leveling up your performance through feedback and coaching

Compensation
- Year 1 Compensation: $90k-$130k (Including a base salary of $36,000/year)
- Year 2 Compensation: $150k-175k
- Year 3 Compensation: $175k-$200k
