About the Role

Our Sales team is dedicated to illuminating the transformative potential that AI technology brings to businesses. This multifaceted role incorporates technical acumen, visionary thinking, partnership-building, and a focus on value-driven strategies. You will play a pivotal role in guiding opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals across the USA. Collaborating with researchers, engineers, and solution strategists, you will help local clients revolutionize their industries with AI.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
    • Design and implement the sales and partnership strategy for SpatialVerse across North America.
    • Identify and chase new business ventures within the AR/VR sector.
    • Forge and sustain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales strategies with market demands.
  • Market Expansion:
    • Lead initiatives for market expansion, including entering new geographic regions and verticals.
    • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes to refine sales strategies.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Revenue Growth:
    • Achieve and surpass revenue targets through strategic sales planning and execution.
    • Monitor sales performance, delivering regular updates to the executive team, and adapt strategies as necessary.
    • Implement efficient sales processes, tools, and technologies to optimize productivity.
Qualifications:

Academic/Professional Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields from a leading university or equivalent experience.

Industry Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in AI technology with a focus on business development. Strong understanding of AI and 3D virtual synthesis technologies, along with a proven ability to foster growth in dynamic, high-performance companies. Documented success in driving significant revenue growth and meeting sales objectives is essential.

Language Ability: Native-level English proficiency is required.

Others:

This position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Candidates must be adept in problem-solving and conflict resolution within cross-functional and cross-cultural environments. This is a full-time role that may involve travel for client meetings and demonstrations, including a one-month onboarding training in Shanghai/Hangzhou.
