Job title: Business Development Specialist Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per annual (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
On-Site Requirement: 100% On-Site
Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify target industries and key decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services effectively, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
Qualifications:- 3-4 years of proven experience in a sales-focused role.
- Demonstrated success in new business development and achieving sales targets.
- Strong "hunter"mentality with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Aggressive, friendly, and possess a strong desire and passion for sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
