Broomday Cleaning Services, a growing regional company with operations in Panama, Costa Rica, and the United States, is seeking a Business Developer to support the expansion of our commercial cleaning services in the Austin market.
We already have active operations in Austin and are now ready to scale. This position is ideal for a proactive and results-driven professional with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in the cleaning or facility services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow a portfolio of commercial cleaning clients in the Austin area.
- Generate leads, conduct outreach, and manage the full sales cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Design and execute a local business development strategy aligned with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for commercial and client-facing interactions.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in commercial cleaning or facility services (required).
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently to meet targets.
- Strong understanding of the local business environment in Austin is a plus.
- Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure.
