With offices throughout the Southeast, they will respond fast to fill labor requirements in the construction, food distribution/processing, retail, manufacturing, warehouses, landscaping, hospitality and the service industries.
As a Business Developer you will be an individual contributor in Miami to secure new business within Light Industrial and Construction Staffing.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting, cold calling, networking activities
- Identify new leads and opportunities by using company resources and individual efforts.
- Secure new business
- Build relationships with prospects and current customers
- Negotiation of contracts
- Mentoring other reps
- Walk onto construction sites building relationships with superintendents, project managers, general contractors and sub-contractors to secure skilled trades positions for long and short term projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years industry experience
- Must be able to do your own prospecting and communicate how you prospect
- Must be able to knock on doors and be in the market
- Cold Calling
- Strong, documented performance in increasing sales.
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiating skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels inside of an organization.
- Ability to operate and maintain a database system.
- Valid Drivers License.
