Primary Skills: SQL (Expert), Tableau (Advanced), AWS Athena (Advanced), Redshift (Professional), AB Testing (Expert), Contract Type: W2 Contract Duration: 3+ Months Location: Plano TX, Open for remote( LI-Remote) Pay Range: $75.00 - $82.00 Per Hour Job Summary: This role aims to leverage advanced analytics to drive growth across marketing, sales, product, and finance units, utilizing SQL and data visualization tools to extract actionable business insights. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Responsibilities include maintaining data quality, identifying and resolving data inaccuracies, and enhancing team efficiency through self-service analytical tools. Key Responsibilities: Use advanced SQL and analytics to support key business units and drive customer value. Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau for insight generation. Partner with various teams to inform and execute data-backed strategies. Ensure data accuracy and integrity, applying problem-solving skills to address anomalies. Effectively communicate analytical outcomes to non-technical audiences. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Tableau. Strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. Proven problem-solving skills. Industry Experience Required: Prior experience in analytics roles within web analytics, customer care analytics, or product analytics is essential. Familiarity with AWS Athena and RedShift, plus a background in conducting A/B testing, is highly preferable.
