The successful candidate will lead initiatives from insights generation to actionable recommendations, working closely with various teams to improve business operations and customer interactions. A key part of this role involves developing, executing, and managing cross-functional projects to support global marketplace strategies through innovative data analysis and reporting solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and create comprehensive reports, scorecards, and dashboards to track performance metrics. Conduct extensive data and text mining to derive meaningful insights from vast datasets. Generate actionable recommendations to drive customer satisfaction and implement relevant projects. Build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships to support business intelligence and customer service enhancements. Manage the development and execution of projects to close strategic gaps and improve efficiency. Must-Have Skills: Proficient in data analytics and reporting tools. Strong project management capabilities. Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills. Industry Experience Required: Prior experience in marketplace operations, customer experience, or a similar domain is essential.
