Primary Skills: SQL (Expert), Tableau (Advanced), A/B Testing (Advanced), Statistical Analysis (Intermeidate), Sales Funnel (Intermeidate), Contract Type: W2 Contract Duration: 8+ Months Location: Mountain View CA (Hybrid, 3 days/ week onsite) Pay Range: $65.00 - $71.00 per hour Job Summary: We are on the lookout for a Senior Sales Analyst to bolster our new outbound sales initiative under QuickBooks Capital, aimed at enhancing top of the funnel performance. This vital role focuses on optimizing lead generation, dissecting sales trends, and furnishing data-backed recommendations to elevate sales efficacy. The successful candidate will be central in testing strategies, developing data visualizations for strategic decisions, and supporting sales improvements with actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and enhance lead generation processes for optimization. Create and manage dashboards and data visualizations to monitor sales funnel efficiency effectively. Design and assess A/B testing and other strategies for improved conversion rates. Perform comprehensive analysis on sales performance to drive strategy adjustments. Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to foster a data-driven culture; automate reports and develop forecasts on sales trends. Must-Have Skills: Demonstrated expertise in SQL and Excel. Profound knowledge in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. Proven track record in A/B Testing and Statistical Analysis. Industry Experience: Experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence within the Finance or Capital Markets domain is highly preferred.
