Clear Advice Financial is seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Business Consulting & Insurance Administrator to join our growing team. This unique hybrid role bridges operations, insurance, business strategy, and client experience. You will:

• Serve as executive assistant to the CEO, supporting high-level initiatives
• Coordinate advanced planning projects, including our Business Exit Roadmap
• Assist with insurance applications, underwriting, and client communication
• Help build out and manage our project management system (Asana)
• Leverage tech tools to streamline workflows and improve client outcomes
• Contribute to SOP development, client deliverables, and cross-functional support
  

• 2-3 years of experience in finance, insurance, consulting, or operations
• Strong communication, multitasking, and project management skills
• Comfort working with CRMs, automation tools, and new technology
• Excited to learn and grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
  

• Competitive salary: $50,000-$60,000 based on experience
