We work with farmers across the US and Canada from row crop to specialty crop operations. ?

We are looking for a Remote Financial Business Coach to add to our team remotely in the US. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for helping 80-100 ag business owners get onboarded into our platform and provide regular financial and business coaching, help them utilize our platform, provide resources, and build a great business. You ll support your clients across a variety of channels, including 1-on-1 zoom calls, email, chat, and group coaching calls. You'll be responsible for holding our clients accountable to execution and helping them implement and utilize everything our platform has to offer. You will own the client's success and results in Legacy Farmer and work closely with our software team and director of programs to create better tools and resources to support our clients.

Responsibilities
•   Customer Onboarding : Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition into the Legacy Farmer program.
•   Business Coaching : Provide personalized coaching and consulting to customers, helping them improve their financial and operational management.
•   Leadership : Serve as a leader and mentor to customers, guiding them through strategic decisions that affect the long-term success of their businesses.
•   Financial Expertise : Leverage your background in ag banking or financial roles within the agricultural industry to offer sound financial advice and best practices.
•   Performance Tracking : Monitor the performance of clients, helping them track key financial metrics and offering adjustments to their strategies as needed.
•   Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and ensuring high satisfaction with Legacy Farmer services.
•   Problem-Solving : Help customers overcome challenges in their business operations and finances, offering creative and actionable solutions.
•   Collaboration : Work with the sales, marketing, and leadership teams to continuously improve customer experience and ensure alignment with company goals. ?
Experience and Qualifications
•   3+ years of experience in ag banking, ag finance, or a similar financial position within the agricultural industry
•   Proven track record in business coaching, consulting, or a leadership role that involved direct customer engagement
•   Strong understanding of financial management principles, especially as they relate to the agriculture industry
•   Excellent coaching, leadership, and communication skills
•   Ability to build trust and rapport with customers and inspire confidence in their business decision-making process
•   Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think strategically
