Addison Group is partnering with a community-focused financial institution with an established mortgage presence, now expanding by launching a new banking division. They are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated professional to drive deposit growth, build client relationships, and develop referral networks. This role will be primarily field-based with community engagement until the branch opens, transitioning to a combination of field-based and in-office work. What We're Looking for in a Candidate:

  • Relationship-Oriented: Skilled in building and maintaining deposit relationships with small to mid-sized businesses and professionals.

  • Networked in DFW: Strong local connections to drive business development and referrals.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to identify client needs and recommend tailored banking solutions.
  • Community-Focused: Passionate about community involvement and enhancing visibility at events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in retail banking or financial services, focused on relationship development
  • Established network within the DFW area for business development

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with small to mid-sized businesses and professionals to drive growth and client engagement.
  • Build strategic partnerships with local influencers and organizations to increase visibility and referrals.
  • Represent the bank at networking and community events to promote services and attract new clients.
  • Assess client needs to provide tailored financial solutions and promote the bank's offerings.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by educating clients on banking tools, resources, and digital capabilities.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Support marketing, business development, and operational initiatives.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, including BSA, AML, OFAC, and other risk-related guidelines.
