Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Application Programmer to join our IT Department. As a Business Application Programmer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining custom business applications and 3rd party integrations to support and enhance our overall business operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product engineers, production managers, business analysts, and other IT professionals, to analyze requirements, design efficient solutions, and ensure successful implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization by leveraging your expertise and creativity in programming and business process design.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain new and existing .Net applications leveraging C .
- Develop, customize, and maintain new and existing ERP integrations
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of all custom programs
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement IT and programming solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of designed programming solutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team on database management, security, and system integration activities
- Stay updated with the latest software releases, tools, and technologies, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to improve system functionality and performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or 2+ years in programming
- Proficient in programming languages C and .Net Framework, SQL
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop efficient solutions
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve system issues
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
