What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to gather, document, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Create and execute test strategies and plans to ensure quality outcomes that align with project goals
- Provide feedback during the requirements phase by reviewing technical designs, specifications, and documentation
- Maintain reusable test assets and provide defect metrics and analysis to improve testing efficiency
- Lead through transformation by promoting innovation and facilitating process improvements in both BA and QA capacities

Qualifications
- Proven experience in both business analysis and quality assurance roles, ideally in transformational project environments
- Strong understanding of the life and annuity insurance industry and Oracle experience as a significant plus
- Proficiency with MS Office tools and Azure DevOps for process mapping, documentation, and project tracking
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Skilled in technical documentation and requirements analysis, with the ability to identify process gaps and dependencies
