Are you passionate about leading projects that make a real difference? We are looking for a dynamic
Business Analyst & Project Manager to play a pivotal role on our public services consulting team. In this role, you'll empower our clients by transforming systems to improve services and program outcomes.
What You'll Do - Provide project management and business analyst support to clients throughout the implementation of the system modernization efforts.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring productive collaboration and effective communication.
- Review project deliverables and provides feedback for consideration.
- Manage project documentation repository on the SharePoint site.
- Manage project risks, action items, issues, and decisions.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings, using MS Teams for recordings and transcripts; develops meeting agendas and produces minutes.
- Reviews weekly project status reports before submission to the project leadership team.
- Draft the monthly project status report for internal review and approval.
- Assists the client project manager with the monitoring and controlling of activities and tasks per the approved Project Schedule.
Requirements
What We're Looking For - A minimum of 2 years of project management experience; Proficient with MS Office tools: SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Teams.
- Ability to achieve and meet project deadlines.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established processes and procedures.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to logically organize all project documentation, utilizing SharePoint and MS Teams.
- Experience facilitating project meetings with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to identify potential risks and/or issues and resolve them with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience supporting large-scale information technology projects.
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops, for development and testing lifecycle phases.
- Knowledge of child support and Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) requirements.
- Understanding of organizational change principles.
