Title: Business Analyst/Project Manager
Location: Regional Northeastern United States (Hybrid)

Compensation
Pay Range:$58.80-$84.00/Hrs
Description
• Work schedule includes 4 days onsite per week.
• Travel within the regional area is required.
• Engage in financial reconciliations and reporting.
• Collaborate with various business and IT teams globally.
• Manage and document project requirements and processes.
• Utilize data analysis skills to support financial operations.
• Experience in the Banking/Financial industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and automate financial reports and reconciliations.
• Analyze and document the life cycle of financial trades.
• Manage multiple complex projects.
• Create project documents such as plans and process flows.
• Identify and remediate process gaps.
• Collaborate with business teams like Finance, OPS, and Compliance.
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
• 7 years of experience as a senior Business Analyst/Project Manager.
• Experience in financial instruments and trade life cycles.
• Knowledge of Swift messages and cash management.
• Proficient in data analysis and SQL queries.
• Experience in project management tools and office software.
• Prior experience in the Banking/Financial industry.
