Position: Business Analyst L2

Location: Torrance, CA (Onsite: 80% or more)

Duration: 12+ months

Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS':

BA/BS or master's degree in marketing, management information systems, computer science, business, or equivalent working experience.
5+ years of experience working on B2C applications and marketing technologies (MarTech)
Strong analytical and logical thinking ability, with advanced skills in Excel, pivot tables, charting, and databases.
Ability to produce technical documents like system requirements specifications (SRS) and system design specifications.
Advanced ability to develop and update technical design specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, architecture documents, and deployment plans.
Experience integrating MarTech systems with other software applications, databases, and APIs.
Working knowledge of software engineering, software development, solution architecture and implementation of medium to large scale systems across multiple platforms.
Experience with customer data management platforms, data governance, and knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Ability to communicate findings with technical and non-technical stakeholders, support decision-making processes, and present complex technical information clearly.
Experience with Agile delivery processes and methodologies.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills, time management, portfolio prioritization, and accountability.
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
