This is an internship position responsible for working with the Marketing & Product Management team in achieving critical business objectives. The Business Analyst Intern position provides an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analytics while contributing to operational excellence across our organization.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Reporting & Analysis - Develop and refine comprehensive reports that translate complex financial data into actionable insights for key stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with multiple departments including Finance, Risk Management, Sales, and Marketing to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Data Synthesis & Interpretation - Collect, organize, and analyze data from diverse sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Reporting Systems Assessment - Assist in cataloging and evaluating existing reporting frameworks, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements to our information architecture.
- May assist with special projects for other department(s) as assigned.

- Complies with Bank policies and procedures relating to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) guidance. Report suspicious activity to the BSA Department through a Suspicious Incident Report (SIR).
- Adheres to privacy and information security policies, and ensure all sensitive internal and external customer information is properly secured and safeguarded. Use secure methods delivering client and/or confidential data by email.

- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High-level problem solving skills, organizational and time management skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to transition seamlessly between multiple assignments, adjust to changing priorities, and maintain productivity across diverse projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization concepts.
- Willingness to learn applicable Bank products and services.
- Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving orientation.
- Valid, current Driver's License and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
