Job Summary: The primary role of this position will be to assist the Business Analyst Team with administrative tasks, creating agile documentation and documenting the existing as-is system. Responsibilities include navigating various paths through the system, capturing screen shots to support documentation efforts, and updating functional specs as needed.
Requirements
Key Skills:
• Basic admin and analysis skills
• MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
• Basic website navigation skill and an understanding of how web applications are developed
Preferred Skills:
• Self-starter that can take direction and move forward with documenting system functionality
• Must be action-oriented and have a proactive approach to solving issues
• Candidates seeking a business or IT degree are ideal
• Identify, document and diagram business requirements and processes
Special Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in either A.S., B.S., or M.S. program at a University
• Must be able to work onsite in Palm Harbor, FL
• Excellent Word skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Sitting for long periods of time
• Perform other duties as assigned
Hours:
• Flexible based on School schedule
• 4-8 hours daily
Min. 3 days a week or longer
