Responsibilities

Create, process, and send insertion orders (IOs) based on input from sales and planning teams

Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Legal, Finance, and other cross-functional partners to ensure IOs are accurate and compliant

Monitor IO lifecycle, proactively resolving issues and incomplete data

Maintain accurate documentation and records in internal systems

Assist with campaign activation, reporting support, and enablement workflows

Create process documentation and checklists to improve operational consistency

Address internal inquiries related to IOs and campaign setup

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma + 4 years relevant experience

2+ years' experience in sales support, media operations, or advertising (preferably retail media or digital advertising)

Strong understanding of insertion order (IO) process and campaign execution workflows

Comfortable using data systems, spreadsheets, and tools like Salesforce or Workfront
