Business Analyst

We are looking for a Journeyman Business Analyst to support the modernization and sustainment of enterprise systems in a secure, Agile environment. This role will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and support the development of mission-critical solutions that enhance operational readiness and decision-making. Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
4-6 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis
3+ years supporting external business analytics projects
Experience with data analysis, modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and requirements gathering
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Familiarity with DoD logistics systems or ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle EBS)
Experience with KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making"Desired Skills Experience with federal logistics or supply chain systems
Knowledge of ITIL v4 and Agile SAFe practices
Familiarity with DevSecOps environments and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation
Understanding of STIG compliance and DoD cybersecurity frameworks

Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
