Hybrid role requiring 2 days onsite, 3 days remote (no exceptions) EXCELLENT Communication (verbal and written) and Customer Service skills REQUIRED.
The Business Analyst serves as a business analyst/helpdesk support for projects involving critical data processing systems for the New Jersey Judiciary. Relevant work experience: 3 to 5 years.
Skills required: - Experience with Business Analysis, Software Testing and Customer Service/End User Support/Helpdesk Support.
- Knowledge of various documentation including BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories, Test Scripts etc.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes, work flows and assist the user with the issue and resolution.
- Good communication skills required.
- 4 year college degree or equivalent study required.
