seca North America is looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst to provide financial information, reporting and analysis to support the sales management.

What your typical tasks will be


  • Responsible for providing monthly financial performance updates in comparison to annual plan and forecasts, performing variance analysis and assisting in the development of future projections for the local management and the contact persons in the headquarters.
  • Analyze, validate and communicate financial results monthly providing actionable information and analysis to the business which will drive decision making.
  • Provide detailed sales analysis by product line, customer and key products
  • Profitability analyses of business models and identification of levers for optimization
  • Assist in analyzing pricing, cost, and profitability and make recommendations for improvement to management.
  • Support the sales leadership in developing annual and multi-year targets for revenue, market share and profit margin analysis.
  • Build analytical models and tools to assess the impact of various strategic and product growth scenarios.
  • Definition of measures to optimize the EBT of the US company
  • Automate reporting with BI- and CRM-tools.
  • Increase efficiency and optimize processes in company projects.


Educational background



• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting


• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial controls, FP&A, and reporting for a manufacturing company or a company that sells physical products



Skills and required knowledge



• You are proficient in common MS Office applications, an expert in Excel


• Strong analytical skills and experience with accounting, planning, and reporting tools and software, for example INFOR, QlikSense, or similar BI-tools
• ERP experience , best case in the SAP C/O module


• You are a strong communicator and self-starter as well as a strong analytical mindset, and you like to learn new things.


• You have worked with HubSpot or other CRMs to create reports and provide sales insights.
