Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 Annually.
POSITION SUMMARY The Business Analyst is solely responsible for owning, building, and delivering the Expansion Analysis (EA) and Target Market Analysis (TMA) components of the client-facing deliverable. This role transforms client data into actionable insights and collaborates closely with ETL, Client-Facing PR Teams, and Visual teams to ensure data quality, analytic integrity, and strategic alignment. The Business Analyst ensures that EA and TMA outputs are accurate, enriched, and directly tied to cohesive, data-driven recommendations.

- Ensure that each section of the client deliverable is cohesive and seamlessly aligned with other sections, creating a consistent and logically structured analysis that effectively communicates clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Complete all analysis projects on time, maintaining a balance between speed and quality while meeting client expectations.
- Present findings in a clear, compelling manner, ensuring client teams and clients easily understand insights and receive actionable recommendations.
- Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams (ETL, Platform Review, and Visualization) to ensure accurate, aligned, and timely data analysis deliverables, proactively resolving data issues.
OBJECTIVES - Deliver 5 high-quality EA and TMA analyses monthly, aligning with team deliverable targets.
- Ensure analyses achieve 100% accuracy and strategic alignment with internal and client expectations.
- Produce insights that inform client strategies, such as increased market penetration and customer retention.
- Conduct market selection analyses to optimize Total Serviceable Market Opportunity (TSMO).
- Accurately segment and analyze client customer bases to refine retargeting strategies.
- Maintain robust stakeholder engagement, regularly interfacing with cross-functional teams.
- Provide data clarity by ensuring datasets are structured and enriched for insight-readiness.
- Leverage tools like Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and SQL for data analysis and visualization as well as various data aggregation tools and subscriptions.
- Support data pipeline validation and ensure data integrity across all reporting layers.
- Document and present findings in a clear, actionable format to inform strategic decisions.
COMPETENCIES - Expertise in data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric (Spark Notebooks, Lakehouse, Delta Tables).
- Strong ETL knowledge and ability to collaborate on data readiness.
- Advanced Excel, SQL, and familiarity with Azure Maps.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
- Adaptability and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on market and customer analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality insights under strict deadlines.
- Experience working with datasets for customer segmentation and market opportunity analysis.
