Responsibilities
- Engage independently in documenting requirements and configuring business systems.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Support business-critical systems using mature IT and software engineering practices.
- Develop, deploy, and execute test strategies to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and management levels.
- Test applications at the user level using both manual and automated tools.
Skills
- Proven experience with standard Business Analyst skills.
- Strong background in financial processes, particularly in client billing and pharmacy payables.
- Proficiency with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in re-platforming financial systems to cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with clinical analytics and outcomes.
- Ability to work in a remote team environment effectively.
