As an IT Systems Support Specialist, you will be part of the IT department supporting various projects. Location: Hybrid in Sacramento, CA area
Pay Range: starting from $57.00 per hour
What's the Job? - Assist in upgrading SuccessFactors Onboarding from version 1.0 to 2.0.
- Provide technical support for Performance and Goals projects.
- Document processes and maintain records of system changes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Utilize provisioning authority in SuccessFactors to manage user access.
What's Needed? - Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Experience in upgrading SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Proficiency in Performance and Goals and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
