Think has an exciting opening for a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst your role will be to ensure Think's systems function efficiently and effectively offering support, maintenance, and enhancements to our systems so that we can best serve our customers. You will develop an in-depth knowledge of all Think's business systems, understanding how they relate and affect one another. You will partner with business lines, Technology, and external vendors to ensure compliance and efficient use of business systems. Using your analytical and problem solving skills you will maintain system parameters based on business needs and regulatory requirements, analyze and recommend workflows, assist with workflow implementation, and troubleshoot escalated business systems issues.
As a Business Analyst you will collaborate on company projects serving as the Business Analyst representative, playing the role of project manager, and acting as a resource for project team members as assigned. Participating on the implementation of company projects you will also serve as a test coordinator on projects, facilitate post-implementation review to ensure successful integration into business processes and practices, and are responsible for oversight of integration of ancillary systems with the core banking system
Proactively advancing Think's business systems you will also play a key role in meeting the organization's future needs and strategic goals through research of advancements and enhancements of new products related to systems and facilitating the customization of vendor software to accommodate the organization's work processes and environment.
Education and Experience: - High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent and 5 years' system/application experience OR Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field
- Five years' experience in financial services
- Programming experience preferred
Compensation: $120,650/Annualized Exempt
