Description:
Use data and advanced analytics techniques to support marketing, sales, product and finance business units. Perform end-to-end analytics using advanced SQL to extract business insights that drive tangible value for our customers and result in business growth. Leverage data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau to help uncover key business insights and improve team automation through self-service analytics. Partner with cross functional teams to drive data-backed decisions and actionable insights. Communicate analytical findings and recommendations in a clear and concise way to non-technical audiences, both in writing and through oral presentations. Pursue data quality, troubleshoot data anomalies and validate data accuracy. When problems are detected, carry out problem-solving techniques in order to identify a solution.
Skills: 5+ years of experience working with web analytics, customer care analytics, or product analytics. Highly proficient in SQL, Python/R, Tableau, AWS Athena, and using RedShift as well as Experimentation (A/B testing). Experience in defining metrics and instrumenting data tracking. Excellent problem-solving skills and end to end quantitative thinking. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines. Outstanding communications skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues. Strong organization, time management and task prioritization skills.
