Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work remotely for one of our clients in the hospitality industry in Phoenix, Arizona. This person will be joining the Loyalty Team, and will serve as a crucial bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic objectives into actionable requirements and user stories.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with loyalty program stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
Create comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements from cross-functional teams.
Map current and future state business processes related to the loyalty program.
Identify gaps between business needs and system capabilities.
Develop functional specifications and process flow documentation.
Support UAT activities and business readiness.
Manage requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
5+ years as a Business Analyst, preferably in hospitality or loyalty programs.
Proficient in Agile methodologies and writing user stories.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Office).
Understanding of loyalty program mechanics and customer engagement strategies. Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality systems is highly desirable. null
