Akkodis is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst for a contract role to support a data verification initiative focused on product records in Veeva Vault for both Global and US pharmaceutical products. This role will require cross-functional collaboration, data comparison with external feeds, and the development of a streamlined business process for ongoing data governance. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, experience in product data management, and excels at coordinating with global marketing and regulatory stakeholders.


Rate Range : $36/hour - $42/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Business Analyst responsibilities include:

  • Verify product data accuracy between Veeva Vault and data feeds.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies by working with global marketing, regulatory affairs, and in-country regulatory managers.
  • Use Microsoft Excel for data comparison, cleanup, and reporting.
  • Assist in defining and documenting a sustainable business process for product data verification and updates.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy and completeness in all data entries and communications.
  • Communicate findings and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS) required.
  • Prior experience in product data management or pharmaceutical regulatory/commercial data is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (moderate to advanced skill level).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and follow up effectively across various teams and seniority levels.
  • Experience in project coordination or project management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulatory or commercial systems (e.g., Veeva Vault) is preferred.
