From contract coordination to deep data analysis using Excel and Power BI, you'll play a vital role in keeping multi-million-dollar projects on track. What You'll Be Doing: - Track and support large-scale utility programs
- Manage project data using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Power BI, and SharePoint
- Handle contracts, invoices, and reporting
- Collaborate across teams and attend occasional site visits (1-2/month)
The Schedule: - Hybrid in Newark, DE
- On-site: Tuesday-Thursday Remote: Monday & Friday
- Full-time hours
What You Bring: - Bachelor's degree
- Strong skills in Excel, time management, and communication
- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail
- Proactive team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
Bonus Points: - Interest or experience in the energy industry
- Familiarity with utility construction or infrastructure projects

Pay Details: $44.10 to $53.57 per hour
