Lead the development of resolution plans in compliance with regulatory requirements for financial institutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to the firm's structure, operations, and financial positions.
Identify potential risks and challenges associated with resolution strategies and provide recommendations for mitigation.
Prepare documentation and reports to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders, including regulators.
Participate in resolution planning exercises and simulations to test the effectiveness of proposed strategies.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the financial industry, with a focus on resolution planning.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to resolution plans for financial institutions.
Experience in risk assessment and management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) is a plus.
