Business Analyst with a strong background in the
Banking and Financial domain. The ideal candidate should have recent project experience involving
banks and possess a deep understanding of front-office operations. This role requires direct engagement with
traders to gather and relay critical business requirements to
software developers.

communication skills and the
energy to match the fast-paced trading environment.
Key Responsibilities: - ct as a liaison between traders (Front Office) and Software Developers.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from front-office teams.
- Ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and IT teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend system improvements or enhancements.
- Provide insights into trading workflows, risk management, and settlement processes.
- Utilize SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain scripts to support automation and efficiency.
- Leverage Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- ssist in planning and implementing banking/financial projects.
- Participate in system testing, validation, and user training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve business process and system-related issues.
- Provide second-line support for complex technical problems.
Qualifications: Education: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: - 6 to 7 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in Banking and Financial domains.
- Prior experience interacting with Front Office teams (Traders) is a plus.
- Strong domain expertise in banking, trading, and financial markets.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, and Excel.
- Familiarity with trading workflows, risk management, and settlements.
- Strong nalytical and problem-solving skills.
