Business Analyst - Codes, Products, and Standards for our client in

Responsibilities: - This position will initially support the AUP and MyEnergy teams in their efforts to improve software, systems, and programs, including:
- Developing project plans for features tied to project scope elements
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
- Requirements gathering and documentation to provide actionable requests for program systems work
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
- Work with Client implementation contractors to manage program metrics collection from end-to-end and ensure data completeness, accuracy, and reasonableness
- Develop and issue requests for data; manage workflows for timely intake; identify and implement solutions and tools to improve data quality; and develop and execute processes and procedures that result in increased compliance for participating retailers and contractors, quality assurance, and remedial actions
- Perform rigorous data analysis necessary to support effective program delivery: Conduct data analyses required to improve program performance, increase impact, streamline customer and partner (retailers and contractors) interactions, reduce cycle times for processing, and manage risks associated with program delivery
- Collaborate with Client's implementation contractors to ensure program deliverables and reporting are executed in a timely manner
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned that contribute to the goals and key outcomes of the Codes, Products, & Standards team

- Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
- Ability to translate business process needs into software requirements
- Proficiency working with Salesforce
- IT systems that will be used: Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Asana, Oracle PeopleSoft, Salesforce
Pay Rate: $50 / hour
