Business Analyst
Location: Midland, TX
Description:
- Document and analyze functional and technical business requirements to ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder needs.
- Develop business cases to support project proposals and strategic decision-making.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.
- Facilitate solution integration by coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring seamless implementation of new systems and processes.
- 5+ years experience as Business Analyst preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in oil and gas. Would be great if any specific experience with Reservoir Engineering, Budgeting & Planning teams specifically
