Phoenix Pro Connect is partnering with a company to hire a hands-on, accountable, and solution-oriented
Project Manager. This role requires someone with
strong Agile project management skills, deep familiarity with
JIRA and Confluence, and
experience working in a product-based organization. A hospitality industry background is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead the full project lifecycle across multiple product and technology initiatives
- Manage tasks, timelines, and workflows using JIRA; document all project artifacts in Confluence
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, QA, and business teams to deliver product improvements
- Track KPIs, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies
- Deliver clear communication and status updates to stakeholders
- Travel as required for on-site team collaboration and deployment
Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Must have experience working in a product-based organization
- (i.e., a company focused on building and scaling its proprietary product or platform)
- Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA and Confluence
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Must be available to work on-site full-time and travel as needed
- Hospitality industry experience is highly preferred
- PMP, CSM, or other Agile certifications are a plus
