Title: Business Analyst

Candidates MUST be WI residents or willing to relocate to WI prior to starting the role at their own expense. This position can work 100% remote (within the state of WI).
Understanding and experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework 800-53 revision 5. (5 years)
is mandatory.
Summary
The service being provided through this RFS will be responsible for documenting DWD's current state of IT policy and procedures, identify gaps, and develop plans for updating/creating IT policy, processes and procedures. Services will lead IT policy and procedures development with subject matter experts. Services will plan, develop, and assist in the coordination and communication of new policies and procedures. Service will be involved with preparing for compliance audits, particate in the audits, and work with a team to remediate findings.

The successful candidate will be highly technically competent, a consistently high producer, a good communicator, and an overall team player. All candidates submitted with inconsistencies or falsifications in their credentials will be disqualified and DOA purchasing will be notified.
