Compensation:
Pay Range:$37.36-$53.38/Hrs

Description:

• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.

• Translate business needs into functional, system, and process requirements.

• Gather requirements through various methods including interviews and workflow analysis.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of business needs from multiple information sources.

• Convert business needs into technical and operational specifications.

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Lead teams or projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements through interviews, documentation review, and surveys.

• Conduct site visits and workflow analysis to understand business needs.

• Evaluate information from multiple sources for comprehensive understanding.

• Convert business needs into technical specifications.

• Communicate clearly across business and technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in a business-related area; Bachelor's degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

• Experience supporting technical and systems-related projects.

• Ability to manage project workstreams independently.

• Strong understanding of system-based analysis and solution design.
